OK, let's build the manpages offline.

Well, at the beginning I thought that there was a choice to be made
between loading the buildds, having a heavy diff.gz, or finding an
in-between solution with an arch:all package (taking granted that in the
future buildds will not build arch:all packages when they have been
produced by faster buildds).

Since nobody objected against having many manpages in the diff.gz, we
will build them before source package upload.
