Well, gettext-enable it and send the patch upstream :P

Send email to debian-l10n-english (I think that's the name. check list.d.o
for the real name) describing what a "clipouille" and a trollometer do, and
asking for a good translation.

Yes. If many French need it, it is already good enough to add it in its
current French-only status to Debian, but *write a warning about it in the
package description*.

You don't have to i18n and l10n the app if it will only be of interest to
French users, btw.
