I finally found some time to push an autopkgtest for unicycler :) A bit of rearrangement was also done in unicycler-data [1].

Makes perfectly sense to do real usage cases.  (This is actually way better
than running build time tests.)

I also wrote to upstream about the error above [2]. Although, I have a suspicion that the reads provided just do not assemble with enough coverage and thus the command fails. But let's see what will be their answer..
