I have issues with reportbug.
I do not know why, but program is ok, but mail never sent (I never have
any answer).
I will add license info.
regarding taks, I think so. Circos is used by many
biologists/bioinformatians to represent genes (etc..) and relations
using its circular representation.
While not limited to bioinformatics, it comes from this domain and is
widely used by the communauty.
