Adding epoch 1: is sufficient (no epoch is roughly equivalent to 0:)

You are right about bumping the Debian revision (the versions with the 
epoch removed must still be unique because the filenames in the archive 
(sometimes) don't contain the epoch (we actually overwrote some packages 
on archive.d.o due to such a clash)).

Therefore: 1:1.0.3-2
