Thank you for answer! I'm sorry but can't help sending patches, my knowledge is not enough for serious internal work with live scripts, especial with systemd which absolutely new for me. But I'll try help with testing. If speak about live-config 3.x version, is there a way to force live-config.service work properly? Baurzhan Muftakhidinov in his mail about systemd status ( http://lists.debian.org/debian-live/2013/01/msg00165.html ) wrote that symlinking helps, but I have no ideas where create this symlink...

there are a couple of parts that are not yet finished for the systemd backend in live-config, such as autologin, which is why the live-config-systemd is still considered experimental in live-config 3.x.

in live-config 4.x, there will be soon complete systemd support, but you might give me the one or other week to finish that. in the meantime, use sysvinit (or help by sending patches to make the last remaining bits work).
