Your bug is a confirmed duplicate of #977419. The false positive is a
downstream symptom specific to your package. The tag is issued by the
check in which the 'any' routine from List::MoreUtils malfunctions.

Your recent upload provokes no tags with the Lintian development head
(which no longer uses liblist-moreutils-perl for unrelated reasons) in
a fresh chroot with unstable:

(unstable-amd64)root@lechner-desktop:~/lintian# bin/lintian -EIi
--pedantic --color always --no-tag-display-limit --suppress-tags
upstream-metadata-file-is-missing dehydrated_0.7.0-1_all.deb
[no tag output]

At the same time, N. Tyni filed a bug against liblist-moreutils-perl
about the same issue. Merging.
