Consider adding it to whitelist, or, even better, whitelist bin:initscripts package at whole. Also, new rcS script triggers warning about missing . /lib/lsb/init-functions with rationale, that this line would redirect `/etc/init.d/<foo> start' to systemd. Obliviously, it is false-positive: if there is no matching system service, there is nothing to redirect to. -- Note, that I send and fetch email in batch, once in a few days.
