Bug#898273: [lintian] Detect conflict between package.json version and debian control version

Getcha, I think. (to clarify, all devDependencies must be satisified
by Build-Depends.)

Did you see this bit? I didn't mention it at the time but I was more
thinking of version number requiremrents in particular. Some concrete
examples would be useful here over a natural language explanation.

Some clarification on what you mean by "conflict" would be useful
(versions..?). Again, concrete examples would appear to be the best
way forward.
