Bug#805597: lintian: python-script-but-no-python-dep shows false positives

Please double-check that the shebangs in the _binary_ packages are 
correct.

If they are, please tell us exactly how to reproduce the bug. (Ideally, 
upload one of the binary package somewhere, so that we can take a look 
at it.)
