it would be nice to add a embedded-library openjpeg check. Currently
there are at least two packages shipping openjpeg as convenient
library:

$ dpkg -L libinsighttoolkit3.20 | grep openjpeg
/usr/lib/libitkopenjpeg.so.3.20.1

and

$ dpkg -L libinsighttoolkit4.6 | grep openjpeg
/usr/lib/libitkopenjpeg-4.6.so.1
