Bug#666127: lintian: false positives on broken links

Package: lintian
Version: 2.5.6
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
I have observed that the broken link reports for the 1.1-5 version
of w3c-dtd-xhtml are not correct. They link to files inside sgml-data
and are perfectly readable.
