Bug#543779: lintian: Please add seed as a valid interpreter

I’m currently packaging Seed, which is a JavaScript interpreter that can
be used in scripts with a shebang. Lintian complains about an unusual
interpreter for #!/usr/bin/seed scripts, but we should expect to see
some of them in GNOME packages now.
Please add seed as a valid interpreter.
