hi there..


i think lintian is too strict about that warning. i (will) have a
package (irda-utils), where there is no ChangeLog file, only a
ChangeLog.man.  lintian complains about ChangeLog.man being the
wrong-name-for-upstream-changelog.
yes, i will ask upstream for a changelog. for now, i touch an empty one
at build time.

In the opinion of the lintian maintainers this issue should be
dealt with by using an override.
