I assumed that the reference to "even if non-Open-Source applications
(but not operating systems) are included in the same distribution."
would cover this. Is it the operating systems part?
I know what they are gettting at, the wording is so big commercial
unix vendors have to pay. Is there a way to say this while remaining
DFSG-free?
