Volgens mij loopt die hele zin niet: er staat twee keer "daarom"
in. Mijn suggestie:
[...] Het wachtwoord zal als een argument op de commando-regel
worden opgegeven, en mag daarom geen shell-metatekens bevatten die
voor fouten kunnen zorgen, zoals "!".
