[debian-knoppix] apmd launches anacron (causing prelink to fill ramdisk)
On certain power events, an anacron is called by apmd. If the system is
on AC power, all daily, weekly, and monthly cron jobs are then executed.
On KNOPPIX V3.3 2003-11-19, this results in prelink filling the ram disk
with temporary files.
One fix for this is to
mv /etc/apm/event.d/anacron /etc/apm/event.d/anacron.disabled
Hopefully this will make it into the next release.
