[debian-knoppix] modprobe e100 Bug

Dear all
On a new Siemens PC with a Intel(R) PRO/100 VM onboard network-chip I was
not able to get any network connection neither with Knoppix nor with Debian
sarge.
  
root@ttyp0[knoppix]# modprobe e100
/lib/modules/2.4.20-xfs/kernel/drivers/net/e100/e100.o: init_module: No such device
(Intel changed obviously the PCI Device ID %ç*ç%*&*"%)

Solution: 
Update to Kernel 2.4.21 (that works)
Update the Module from http://support.intel.com/ (not tested...)
