Not necessarily. You just have to change the paths in the script to use
your own build system.
The point is: It creates a file sorted by the access date of YOUR
installed packages, to generate an optimal file relocateion of YOUR
system.
If I send you a sortlist for MY system, it won't be optimized for YOUR
system.

I can send you the list, but it will be absolutely useless for you,
at least, if you want to optimize access times on your CD.
