I cannot find the changelog entry listed below for iproute2 6.7.0-2.1 in
the changelog of iproute2 6.8.0-1.

iproute2 (6.7.0-2.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Explicitly depend on libtirpc-dev. (Closes: #1065214)
