I'm running 5.14 right now, and it seems ok. At this point I believe the problem was likely introduced in 5.15. - uname -r: 5.14.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 - apt show: 5.14.9-2~bpo11+1 I've ran Ubuntu Impish on this laptop before (kernel 5.13) and it was okay too. I already have the latest BIOS upgrade, released in May 2022.
