Thanks for looking at the problem and pointing to this commit!

The affected system is a production system and a lot of people depend on it.  Therefore I am not comfortable to run a self-patched kernel on it, and I would consider it a last resort.  For now it seems to run fine even with this warning (no user complained).

Additionally, I am not sure if the problem will occur again and how often.  I will reboot the system, monitor it and update this bug report...
