Bug#945046: linux-image-5.2.0-0.bpo.3-amd64: Kernel crashes / system reboots constantly

Package: linux-image-5.2.0-0.bpo.3-amd64
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system

Dear Maintainer,

My DMI: Dell Inc. PowerEdge R710/00NH4P, BIOS 2.1.9 05/21/2010 reboots /
crashes constantly, in recovery mode later, in normal mode almost
immediately after boot / often before the login. I do not have crash
logs and could not retrieve some yet.
