Bug#910010: linux-image-4.18.0-1-amd64: The module pata_legacy.ko is missing.

We have *never* enabled this driver on amd64 because only very old (32-
bit) PCs should require it.  Did you use a custom kernel, or an i386
installation?

If this system still requires the pata_legacy driver then I suppose
we'll have to enable it for amd64.
