Bug#906048: linux-image-4.17.0-1-amd64: BT_HCIUART_BCM missing

Package: src:linux
Version: 4.17.8-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
unable to use built-in Bluetooth (SDIO BCM) adaptor, missing BCM HCIUART

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	btattach --bredr /dev/ttyS1 -P bcm

   * What was the outcome of this action?
no Bluetooth: HCI UART protocol BCM registered

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Bluetooth: HCI UART protocol BCM registered

I think CONFIG_BT_HCIUART_BCM=y is required, but in 4.17 it has a load of depends:-

	config BT_HCIUART_BCM
	bool "Broadcom protocol support"
	depends on BT_HCIUART
	depends on BT_HCIUART_SERDEV
	depends on (!ACPI || SERIAL_DEV_CTRL_TTYPORT)
	depends on GPIOLIB
	select BT_HCIUART_H4
	select BT_BCM

Cheers,

Adrian
