Tee command crash is happening randomly in Linux kernel 3.16 taken from Debian. If the crash happens then the system is unusable until we trigger reboot.

Please don't ask Debian for support with custom kernels (especially
when they're outdated and you've also loaded unspecified out-of-tree
modules).
