Custom KDE/KDM for Internet access only

Hi,
I am trying to set up a Linux box (Debian Woody) for Internet access and a
few games only. This will be openly accessible to the public (with some
monitoring to avoid damage to hardware).
So it should autologin and all ways to custonize the system should be
desactivated.
And I want to use KDE. Autologin works with KDM (kde2) but the user can still
quit the session, and autologin then doesn't work.
So my questions are :
- - how to desactivate customization of the menu bar ?
- - how to desactivate login off ?
Everything else works alright.
Thanks,
Yann
