not really; packagers are all volunteers who mostly package things
they use. Back in 2005 I got involved with Debian packaging because
I wanted to have my software available for Debian users ☺
You could probably bribe someone, maybe someone in the Java packages
team is available for a couple of coffees/beers/something…
But keep in mind that, for the first packaging, the review will most
likely point out things that should be addressed upstream (i.e. in
your repo), such as bundled JARs (which Mechtilde already hinted at).
If you find someone to package your software, be prepared to work at
it together with them, otherwise it’ll be a frustrating experience
both ways.
Another thing to have in mind is that all dependencies must also have
been packaged for Debian. (And that your software must work with the
versions of those dependencies that are shipped in Debian, even if you
use different versions upstream.) If not, the dependencies need to be
packaged first… recursively. While this is true for all software, few
Java software, compared to C, is available already…
