Thanks for the quick feedback, and for updating libpgjava it was
hopelessly outdated.

I overlooked the groupId changes, and I now also see that the PGObject
class wasn't actually removed. osmosis indeed builds successfully with
the updated maven.rules, and doesn't require further changes like
postgis-java which was also affected by the libpgjava update.
