To make things easier, v6 netblocks need to be put here without the IPv6
prefix :)
i.e.:
192.87.30.1/24
127.0.0.0/8
[2001:610:148:dead::]/64
[2001:610:148:beef::]/64
[2001:610:ff:5::2]/128
