Apart from strict quality controls right from Raw Material Inspection from Govt. approved Agencies and stage Inspection where every Dimension is checked with ‘GO’ & ‘NO GO’ Gauges, our products are subjected to following tests at our works. 1. Pneumatic Test at 10 Kg / Cm2. 2.Hydrostatic Test at 12000 Psi. 3 . Pressure Cycling Test with Impulse 0 to 6000 Psi 4.Vibration Test at Frequency 1440 Cycles / Minute. 5.Thermal Cycling Test up to 350° C.
We are an ISO 9001: 2000 Company and have established documented procedures to maintain quality management system. We are pleased to inform you that we have developed a process for Tip Hardening Back Ferrules of our compression Tube Fittings. We have carried out extensive tests of these Tube Fittings with Hardened Back Ferrule and have found that the quality of compression joint of these Tube Fittings are remarkably better. We are pleased to inform you that our double compression Tube Fittings with Tip Hardened Back Ferrules have stood much more load in PULL OUT TEST than the optimum Tube Failure (Elongation) load. Viz. Our 12 mm OD size Tube Fittings with Tip Hardened Back Ferrules have with stood a PULL OUT Load of 2275 Kg. where in the Tube Failure occurred at 1450 Kg. This fact indicates that our double compression Tube Fittings with Tip Hardened Back Ferrules can withstand much more pressure than the Burst Pressure of the Tube. Results of Helium Leak test were also found to be extremely good. We are pleased to inform you that we have executed many orders, some of which are worth Rs. 10 to 25 Lakhs, each under M/s. DAE , M/s. BARC, M/s. TOYO Engg India Ltd, M/s. EIL, M/s. FEDO, M/s. UHDE, M/s. TECNIMONT ICB LTD., M/s. RITES and many other reputed Inspection Agencies. We have developed Reactor Grade Tube Fittings for the highly critical requirement of M/s. Nuclear Power Corporation. This fact by itself proves the High Quality Standards to which our products are manufactured and tested.
