PCI 3Dfx Voodoo3 on HPPA - Is it possible?

I was just wondering if anybody had managed to
get non-HP graphics cards working on the HPPA
boxes. I had this idea of sticking a PCI Voodoo3
in one of the PCI slots, then compiling the kernel
for 3dfx framebuffer support and DRI. This would
presumably allow for hardware accelerated OpenGL
on the HPPA machines.
