Undoing staged work in salsa repos

Hi all,

  One of the packages required for building Incus was golang-github-
hashicorp-golang-lru/v2. The current version in Debian is quite old
(0.5.4), so I started working on updating it and the various reverse
build dependencies.

  Somehow I completely missed that golang-github-hashicorp-golang-lru-
v2 had been packaged and is already in Debian until I was part way
through doing that work... 😳️

  I had pushed packaging work up to salsa repos for the following
packages, which I think is now not needed, and I'm wondering what the
best path forward is to clean this up. Given that I haven't heard from
anyone concerning the commits, I suspect no one has cloned out the
repos, so force-pushing the affected branches without those commits and
removing the upstream tags to re-write history on salsa would make it
as if nothing ever happened. But I don't want to just do that without
asking the team if there might be other preferred solutions.

  Packages:
  * golang-github-hashicorp-golang-lru
  * golang-github-gcla-gowid
  * termshark
  * golang-github-hashicorp-go-immutable-radix
  * golang-github-armon-go-metrics

Thanks,
Mathias
