The samba issues has been resolved, and sfcgal builds can be built again
in an uptodate cowbuilder chroot.
Uploading to experimental is next now, yes.
sfcgal (1.2.1-1) should migrate to testing tomorrow which is required to
fix the RC bug in testing too.
This is good timing, so we won't need to keep 1.2.2 in experimental too
long to wait for the testing migration.
Shall I go ahead and upload to experimental?
