[DebianGIS] grass compilation

Hi all.
I am trying to compile grass with dpkg-buildpackage from cvs with debian 
rules; compilation apparently goes well, but the process stops afterwards 
with:

dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: ldd on `debian/grass/usr/lib/grass/bin/r.sim.water' 
gave error exit status 1
dh_shlibdeps: command returned error code 256
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1

at the end of make, I noticed this:

Generating HTML manual pages index (help system)...
Generated HTML docs in ../dist.i486-pc-linux-gnu/docs/html/index.html

Following modules are missing the 'description.html' file in src code:
r.sim.water

may be related? Does anybody have a hint on how to solve this?
