Perhaps you should mention here as well, that the CGI-Script
enabales for a template language as well as OGC-Specification. I
liked it when I saw it in mapserver-bin and mapserver-doc.
Furthermore I wouldn't name is 'mapscript' but rather 'binary'

I would suggest the following text as long description:

This package contains the cgi binary file. It provides the
mapserver template language as well as WFS, WMS and WCS
server and client capabilities.

Typings:
'allows' instead of 'alow'
'functionalities' instead of functionality's
