Package:gsfonts
Version:8.14+urwcyr1.0.7pre35-1

After upgrading from gsfonts-8.14-3 to gsfonts-8.14+urwcyr1.0.7pre35-1
there exist problems using ps2pdf. The font spacing is broken in some
cases. Reproduceable with this minimal LaTeX file:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{times}
\begin{document}
\texttt{iiimmmiiimmm}
\end{document}

Converting the dvips'ed postscript files to pdf via ps2pdf yields good
results using gsfonts-8.14-3, but bad results using
gsfonts-8.14+urwcyr1.0.7pre35-1

The following additional ghostscript related packages are installed:

ii  gs          8.01-4   Transitional package
ii gs-common 0.3.6 Common files for different Ghostscript
ii gs-esp 7.07.1-8 The Ghostscript PostScript interpreter - ESP
ii gs-gpl 8.01-4 The GPL Ghostscript PostScript interpreter
ii gsfonts-x11 0.17 Make Ghostscript fonts available to X11

This problem is probably related to bug #26628:
gsfonts: Courier fonts appear too big
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=266228

Please see http://www.mpi-sb.mpg.de/~chcl/gsfonts/ for complete
postscript/PDF examples.

Once again without the epoch. Does the BTS track source or binary
package versions?
