Well, I found the reason. With gcc-4.3 with_common_libs is set to "no" in
debian/rules.def. So packages like libgcc1 are NOT build by default. Is
this intended behaviour or am I missing something?
I am not sure that this is really a bug, but I think because of ths right
now the repository on emdebian is not usable for powerpc development.
