[Bug 1398] DHCP server stops

I believe I saw someone mention that the ldap-method setting in
/etc/dhcp3/dhcpd-debian-edu.conf affect the stability of the dhcp server. It
is currently set to dynamic, and changing it to static made the dhcp server
stop crashing.

I looked up the flag, and this is the description I found:

ldap-method <static|dynamic>
If you mention static all the objects will be read and after that LDAP server
is never contacted. But if you mention dynamic the class and host objects are
ignored at the beginning. They are being read whenever there is a request for
them.

Using static would mean that all the DNS and DHCP changes done in LDAP would
fail to show up in the dhcp server until it is restarted. This do not seem
like a good idea to me.
