The programs are listed in a TOML configuration file, along with the commands to build and test them. A bundled copy of the check-build library is used in the libzstd autopkgtest to make sure that the C library's -dev package contains enough files so that a program that uses the library can be built. It will be removed in the next libzstd upload as soon as this package hits the archive. I will maintain this package as part of the Debian Python Team.
