Code for rapidly calculating temperatures, densities and abundances in planetary nebulae, HII regions and other emission line objects.  Propagates uncertainties using a Monte Carlo technique.

NEAT is maintained and developed by me and two co-authors.  It was released in 2012 and has been used in a number of studies published in the astronomical literature.  It is already packaged and available via PPA at https://launchpad.net/~nebulousresearch/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
