* The usual Makefile clean-ups (DESTDIR etc).
* Moved config dirs into /etc/X11 and other dirs into /usr/share, for FHS
compliance.
* Renamed fspanel to aewm++_fspanel, and xsession to aewm++_xsession.
* Wrote manpages for appbar, aewm++_fspanel, setrootimage and
aewm++_xsession.
