   * Eeek, haven't I got time-synchronisation done yet?
   * Recompile against lastest libraries (in particular, X 4)

     what to do with tzwatch now :)
   * Suggests twclock, in order to get tzwatch (see above point).
   * Added menu entry, to Hamradio, where twclock is.
   * INSTALL removed from docs file.
