Debian derivatives census: Meilix: Blog's feed issue

Please take a look at the source code of your blog's main page:

It includes three links to RSS feeds:

The actual RSS feed of the news section should be listed first to be
found by feed autodiscovery mechanisms. For now they consider 
https://blog.fossasia.org/feed/ to be your blog's feed.

We have added an override for the blogs-rss file on the server so that
the correct feed appeared on Planet Debian derivatives. But, if
possible, it's better to put the RSS links in the right order.
