DebConf17 TC BoF and meeting

Hi there,

as you know from the DebConf17 schedule, the 'Meet the TC' BoF is scheduled 
monday evening at 17:00 local time in room Rex.

I've prepared some slides:

They're not definitive, all comments welcome!

We should also try to gather together before that, just to prepare what we 
want to say, in which order etc. I propose to gather together at 16h on 
Monday.
