When can we expect the vm images in Azure? The images are already available for AWS and GCP.
For Azure there is an additional step to publish them and no-one managed
to click on that yet. I've done that now, so it should be available in
a few hours.

Debian 12 is the current stable release. It is better tendered for
overall.
