Uploaded Perl 5.003.07-5 source i386 to master

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I've uploaded the following to master. Rainer, could you test this and
see if it solves the problem with NFS r/o /usr/local?

This also includes the fix in -4 that fixed suidperl. That seems to've
disappeared from ftp.

As always, this is available at ftp://ftp.daft.com/pub/debian/perl*5.003.07-5*.
BTW, if for some strange reason, someone needs an old version of the
perl package, I have all of them I've ever made.

Darren.

 .
   * Moved config.over.MK to the debian directory so that all the files
     that I add are there.
   * Just ignore the mkdir on /usr/local as the easiest solution to the
NFS-ro /usr/local problem. Suggestion by Guy Maor <maor@ece.utexas.edu>.
