Comments/Problems:

Initial boot: Default GUI install option wasn't visible.  Once I used the down arrow to move from the highlighted default option, it became visible and I was able to use the up arrow to return to it.

Partition hard drives: I wanted to try Timeshift's BTRFS snapshots, but I couldn't find an easy way to select BTRFS instead of EXTFS for all partitions.
