Hi Jeffrey,

Try

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/jigdo/3.0_r6-dvd/jigdo/

for the jigdo files. The files referenced are not going to be on any
of the main Debian archives now, so you'll end up falling back to the
snapshot server at non-US.cdimage.debian.org anyway.

Finally, are you *really* sure you want to install a Woody (3.0rX)
machine now? That was 3 entire major releases ago, and there is no
support for it any more (including security updates). Unless you have
*very* specific needs for that version, I'd strongly recommend you try
something newer like our last release Etch (4.0) or even Lenny (5.0)
that we're expecting to release in the next few weeks.
