bts-link: bacula and bacula-docs upstream url changed

Hi,

I've attached two patches. The second patch changes bacula from mantis to
gitlab with their new url and adds the package bacula-doc with the same
location (if that's not how it works, please adjust accordingly).

The first patch fixes a typo I spotted while looking at where to insert
the new entries.
